Key Update

For updating a key please transmit to us the current key state using webpage https://www.med3d.de/en/key_en.html.

We will then send you by email a keyupdate file and billing information.

If you want to open only existing plannings, but are not intenting to import new DICOM data and not generate new plannings then please let us know and we will generate a different, specific keyupdate file without billing.

Download Wibu-Key Driver 6.11 For installation execute file directly or download file and then double-click on the downloaded file for executing. Press 'Continue' for several times. Checkboxes for '32 Bit WkNet/wkLan Networl Server' and 'WkLan/WkNet Network Monitor' can be unticked, but do no harm when ticked. Select 'Ignore' at 'It seems that WkWin32.dll is in use' and then please reboot your computer and visit this page again. Wibu-Key driver ok. Only after pressing of this button will the state of your local key be read. For generating an update file the current state of the local key must be known. This is done by sending the data below. The update file is created at med3D. Your email address is used for contacting you in case of problems. If the large text box is not filled automatically, you can use it to give a detailed description. Only ONE key must be plugged-in at the same time. If necessary repeat for multiple keys, e.g. when using a second key for the X2 controller software.

Yellow triangle with ! and Text 'WibuBox updated!' signals a successfull update.
(This update can be applied only once. On repeated trial an error message will show up: 'Error transferring update file' or 'Wrong counter number'.)
